Main advantages of hemispherical eccentric valve:
1. The valve seat is provided with a matching structure of the outer step and the inner step of the valve body to prevent the ball and the valve seat from jamming or detaching.  
2. When the eccentric body is used for rotating movement, it will be automatically centered in the common track. The closer the valve is closed, the tighter it will be. When the valve is opened and closed, the ball and the valve seat will be separated to eliminate the wear of the sealing surface.  
3. The non-metallic elastic material is embedded in the metal valve seat, and the metal sealing surface of the valve seat is well protected.  
4. The shearing action between the ball and the valve seat with hemispherical incision is especially suitable for medium containing fiber and tiny fixed particles.  
5. When it is fully opened, the flow capacity is large and the pressure loss is small. And the medium will not deposit in the valve body cavity.

Function and usage of pneumatic actuator and accessories
1. Aw pneumatic actuator is divided into double acting type and single acting type (spring return). It has two separate cylinders, which is easy to manufacture large size cylinder block. Meet the needs of various large rotary valves.
