It is a kind of rotary adjusting ball valve, which is the executive unit of pneumatic unit combination instrument. It is generally used in combination with electric valve positioner or pneumatic valve positioner. There are two kinds of valve structures: one is to install the reinforced PTFE soft seal seat and the other is 1Cr18Ni9 or 0cr18ni12mo2 (TI) hardfacing all metal hard sealing seat made of stellite alloy.
ZSHVType V pneumatic regulating ball valve PN16 ~ pn110 is a kind of rotary regulating ball valve, which is the executive unit of pneumatic unit combination instrument. It is generally used in combination with electric valve positioner or pneumatic valve positioner. There are two kinds of valve structures: one is to install the reinforced PTFE soft seal seat and the other is 1Cr18Ni9 or 0cr18ni12mo2 (TI) hardfacing all metal hard sealing seat made of stellite alloy. It is used in normal temperature and high temperature (- 40 ℃) respectively. The product features high transmission efficiency, large thrust, good sealing performance, large rated flow coefficient and strong interchangeability of parts. Due to the shear effect when the valve core and valve seat are closed, it can be especially used for the medium containing fibrous filaments, particles or extremely high viscosity. Therefore, it is widely used in paper-making, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, textile, sewage treatment and other production departments in the medium flow, pressure, liquid level, temperature regulation, in order to achieve automatic control process, the production process according to certain specifications.
