EG5001/GA6600/GA6700Water hammer relief valve is mainly composed of main valve, high-pressure hydraulic pilot valve, conduit and other parts. It has the function of hydraulic automatic control and high pressure unconditional opening and discharging water hammer. The valve is balanced and vibration free. It has duyiwuer V-shaped opening disc and differential piston design. It can give reliable closing driving force under any working pressure. The regulating performance is Youxu. It runs smoothly and does not produce self closing water hammer. The high sensitive pressure relief pilot valve with large orifice can quickly open the main valve (water hammer relief valve) in response to overpressure conditions. When the pressure subsides, the valve can be closed quickly.

⑥ Quick response (opening valve for water discharge): the high sensitive relief valve with large channel can quickly open the main valve (water discharge and hammer elimination) after the conditions are satisfied, and close the valve at a controllable speed when the pressure is stable;
⑦ Reliability: the increased size of high-pressure conduit can greatly reduce the risk of blockage and kinking. Elastic valve seat and stainless steel pilot valve are equipped with standard Y-type filter, which has long service life and reliable operation;
⑧ Easy maintenance: Although the valve is installed on the pipe red, all the internal parts can be removed. As long as the top is opened, the parts can be repaired and replaced. The standard isolation valve on the pipe allows quick maintenance of the pilot valve;
⑨ Preset: each valve is tested and preset before delivery, but the valve can be easily adjusted on site according to requirements.
