Two stage water hammer protection of pipeline system
After the pump stops, the water pressure will generally decrease before the arrival of water hammer. The equipment can sense this decrease, open the valve in advance to relieve pressure and wait for the arrival of water hammer. When the water hammer comes, the valve can sense the arrival of water hammer and maintain the valve pressure relief.
Multiple control modes
That is, the valve can be opened in advance to relieve pressure by means of pressure sensing, or it can be opened in advance by electric linkage of water pump. The pre opening time can be adjusted according to the working conditions. The valve is equipped with UPS independent power supply.
Wide adaptability
It is suitable for almost all kinds of pump transportation. As long as the parameter value is set in the control system, all kinds of requirements can be met.
Long service life
Imported diaphragm, aluminum bronze or stainless steel internal parts make the valve have long service life. The casting is made of resin sand, and the inner cavity and surface of the valve are painted with polyester or epoxy resin. The appearance is exquisite and the corrosion resistance is strong. The service life of the spring and diaphragm of the control valve is more than 100000 times.
Online maintenance, lower maintenance cost
The valve can be disassembled and maintained without removing the valve from the main pipe, which saves the maintenance cost.
Sensitive adjustment, no jamming and vibration
The 1.506x series water hammer relief valve is a diaphragm type hydraulic operated valve body. The main valve is installed on the bypass pipe of the water transmission pipeline to maintain the safety pressure in the pipe, When the water pump operates normally, the pressure behind the water pump will be higher than the set value of the pressure sensor, and the solenoid pilot valve (CT) will be closed; at the same time, the main pipe pressure behind the water pump will be lower than the set value of the high pressure pilot valve (PV2), and the high pressure pilot valve (PV2) will also be closed. Because the solenoid pilot valve (CT) and high pressure pilot valve (PV2) are both closed, the pressure in the control chamber of the main valve is equal to the pressure in front of the main valve, and the main valve is closed under the hydraulic action. When the water pump stops, the main pipe pressure behind the water pump will decrease. The pressure sensor (SP) senses the pressure drop. When the pressure is lower than the set pressure for 1-2 seconds (adjustable), the solenoid pilot valve (CT) opens, and the water in the control chamber of the main valve is discharged. The valve is opened in advance to discharge water under the hydraulic action. The opening of the valve can be adjusted by adjusting the needle valve (nv2). The controller sets the solenoid pilot valve (CT) open state and maintains it until the set time (5 ~ 60s), waiting for the arrival of high-pressure water hammer wave. When the high-pressure water hammer wave comes, the high-pressure pilot valve (PV2) senses that the main pipe pressure increases, and when it is higher than the set value, the high-pressure pilot valve (PV2) opens. The opening of main valve continues to increase to maintain pressure relief. When the main pipe gradually returns to the normal pressure, the high-pressure pilot valve (PV2) is closed, and the pressure water enters the control chamber through the needle valve (nv1). The main valve core is pressed down, and the main valve is closed slowly, and the valve pressure relief is completed. The diameter of needle valve (nv1) is small and the opening is adjustable, so the main valve will be closed slowly to prevent secondary water hammer caused by quick closing of valve. At the same time, it also prevents the circulation oscillation.
2. In normal use, the BV and NV ball valves must be opened, and the high-pressure pilot valve must be adjusted to the set safety value. The pressure sensor (SP) is generally set to be 0.15 ~ 0.2MPa lower than the normal pressure, and the high pressure pilot valve (PV2) is set to be 0.15 ~ 0.2MPa higher than the normal pressure.
