    The valve adopts unique structural design and adopts full channel form, which can significantly reduce the flow resistance and improve the wear resistance and anti blocking performance of the valve. It is an ideal cut-off and regulating equipment for metallurgy, mining, papermaking, sewage treatment and other systems.

Technical features

1. Wide range of application: it is widely used in the conveying control system of blast furnace water flushing slag, power station boiler cinder, mine slime, coal loading and sewage, and the fluid and semi fluid medium system of similar systems in chemical industry and light industry. It can also be used in combination with other valves to cut off and regulate high flow rate and high impurity content conditions such as gravity outflow of reservoir and emptying of dam bottom.

2. Strong wear resistance and erosion resistance: when the valve is opened, the sealing surface of hemispherical valve core is completely back to the flow channel, which is not scoured; the valve core and valve seat have wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant layers, which can effectively adapt to various harsh working conditions and prolong the service life of the valve. The valve shaft and bearing parts adopt anti sediment design to effectively prevent impurities from scouring and entering. Advanced ceramic lining technology can be used in the flow passage to effectively eliminate the wear of valve body. 3. No slag accumulation and zero water loss: as shown in the figure below, the valve adopts full channel design. When the valve is fully opened, the hemispherical valve core is on one side of the flow channel, which does not occupy the space of the flow channel to hinder the flow of fluid. It is especially suitable for double high media with high slag content and high flow rate;

Because the gate valve must have the section of the gate valve seal in the flow channel, the integrity of the flow channel can not be realized, leaving a natural hidden danger for slag accumulation and slag blocking;
Butterfly valve has the advantages of volume, but because the valve plate is in the center of the flow channel, it is impossible to avoid the erosion of medium on the valve plate, valve shaft and valve seat sealing surface and the obstruction of valve plate on medium circulation. It is easy to produce slag accumulation and sealing effect, so it can not meet the working condition requirements for a long time.

4. Easy to operate: worm gear transmission has accurate adjustment, reliable positioning function, good adjustment performance and wide adjustable range. It can be driven by electric, pneumatic and hydraulic.
