Gdzf fixed cone valve is designed and produced by shangou valve company in recent years according to imported products and domestic terrain conditions. It is usually used as the free discharge valve of bypass valve of hydraulic turbine generator set, or continuous discharge flow control. Due to the use of inverted conical plunger valve core and named, referred to as conical valve, and because of its excellent energy dissipation effect, it is also known as energy dissipation valve. Also commonly used in farmland irrigation, also known as irrigation valve. In addition to the conical valve core at the end of the flow channel, all moving parts of the valve are set outside the flow passage of the valve, which makes the internal flow channel of the valve body smooth, with large flow rate and less pressure drop loss, which will not produce cavitation and vibration in the whole working range.

Fixed cone valve is often used in dam, reservoir, barrage or reservoir. The fixed cone valve is also often used as a discharge valve in the side road of hydraulic turbine generator set. At the drainage outlet of the reservoir, the middle section of the water transmission pipeline or the occasions where energy dissipation and drainage control are needed are also widely used. In the case of large fluid flow, high velocity and high pressure, effective energy dissipation by drainage is necessary. And any possible damage caused by cavitation or vibration on the pipeline should be eliminated. Compared with the traditional fixed cone design, the fixed cone and guide vane structure design of the fixed cone valve can effectively dissipate energy and discharge flow and eliminate the impact of pipeline vibration and cavitation damage. Metal to metal zero leakage seal can be realized by moving the outer stainless steel sleeve gate of the valve. After the sleeve gate is opened, the water flow will become a bunch of small water and radiate out in the form of a large-diameter trumpet. If the spray area is to be reduced, a shroud can be installed to limit the spray range of the fluid.

Fixed cone valve, driven by actuator, welded steel body with 60 Hastelloy backing strip, 60 Hastelloy seat. The nozzle and the fixed cone are supported and connected by radial blades. There is an open section without pipe wall between the nozzle and the vertebral body. The sleeve gate is installed outside the nozzle. The length of the open section without pipe wall is changed by the axial movement of the sleeve gate, which can adjust the valve opening. The guide hood can be set at the outlet of the valve according to the actual working conditions, which can restrict the flow pattern of the valve outlet, and further avoid the damage of cavitation and excessive spray range. In general, a guide hood should be added to the medium-sized conical valve in order to prevent the pipe at the back end of the valve from cavitation damage. The discharge type is installed at the end of the pipeline and plays the role of pressure relief, pressure maintaining and water level control.

If the water head of inlet and outlet falls in area a, it is recommended to use diversion cover. If it falls in area B, the shroud is not needed.
