Two way flow hard seal ball valve is a new ball valve series of our company. The valve can not only be reliably cut off under positive pressure, but also can be reliably sealed when the reverse pressure or reverse pressure is much greater than the forward pressure. The valve seal adopts the structure and principle of hemispherical valve, and the shape adopts butterfly structure, so it has the characteristics of small volume and light weight, and has the performance of two-way hard seal, small sealing friction, durable and light opening and closing. Therefore, the cost performance ratio is far higher than that of hemispherical valve. The successful development and application of the valve is a major technical innovation in the valve industry.

1. Main types: the main types of the valve are: worm gear, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, among which pneumatic valve and hydraulic valve are suitable for occasions with pressure air source and pressure liquid source.  

2. Working principle: the main function of the upper European two-way flow valve is that it can not only seal well under positive pressure, but also seal well when reverse pressure or reverse pressure is greater than positive pressure. When the positive pressure acts, the medium pressure pushes the valve plate to move forward and the valve stem deforms. The sealing surface of the valve plate is close to the sealing surface of the valve seat to transmit pressure, which pushes the valve seat to the valve body step to make it well sealed. When the reverse pressure acts, the medium pressure pushes the valve plate to move backward, the valve stem deforms, and the medium pressure pushes the valve seat to move backward at the same time. The sealing surface of the valve seat is close to the sealing surface of the valve plate to transmit pressure to make it seal well.

On the two sealing surfaces of the sealing pair, advanced technologies such as space plasma spraying, ether laser sputtering and vacuum protection infiltration surfacing can be used to form gradient functional materials such as martensitic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, cemented carbide, cermet and synthetic diamond

3. It can automatically align the center (self-adaptive) and compensate the wear automatically

4. When closing, make full use of the energy of the medium in the valve, automatically apply extremely high sealing specific pressure, so that the high hard sealing pair can achieve reliable zero leakage;

5. There is no friction between the sealing pairs when closing and opening instantaneously. When opening, the projection section of the valve core shrinks and retreats continuously, and it retreats faster than inward at the beginning of opening. At the beginning of closing, the expansion rate is higher than the forward speed, and the forward speed is greater than the expansion rate at the end of closing. It has the characteristics of eccentric hemisphere valve, globe valve and wedge gate valve
