Q347FAmerican standard fixed soft seal ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valve, which is suitable for long-distance pipeline and general industrial pipeline. Its safety and resistance to harsh environment have been specially considered in the design, which is suitable for various corrosive and non corrosive media. Compared with the floating ball valve, the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve in the pipeline on the ball is transferred to the upper and lower bearings when it works. The ball will not move. The valve seat is driven by spring and medium pressure, so the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure. Therefore, the fixed ball valve seat has small deformation, light operating torque, reliable sealing performance and long service life. It is especially suitable for high pressure, large caliber occasions.

(1) Labor saving operation: the ball is supported by the upper and lower shafts to reduce friction and eliminate the excessive torque caused by the huge sealing load formed by the ball and the seal seat driven by the inlet pressure.
(2) The sealing performance is reliable (see Fig. 1): PTFE elastic material sealing ring is embedded in the stainless steel valve seat, and the spring is set at the end of the metal valve seat to ensure the sufficient pre tightening force of the sealing ring. When the sealing surface of the valve is worn during use, the valve will continue to ensure good sealing performance under the action of spring.
(3) Fireproof structure {see Fig. 2): in order to prevent the polytetrafluoroethylene seal ring from burning out due to sudden heat or fire, a fire-proof sealing ring is set between the ball and the valve seat. When the seal ring is burnt out, under the action of spring force, the valve seat sealing ring is pushed onto the ball rapidly to form metal metal to metal sealing effect. The fire resistance test meets the requirements of API 6fa and API 607.
(4) Automatic pressure relief function (see Fig. 3): when the stagnant medium pressure in the valve chamber rises abnormally and exceeds the pre tightening force of the spring, the valve seat retreats away from the ball to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief, and the valve seat automatically resets after pressure relief.
(5) Discharge pipeline: drain holes are set up at the top and bottom of the valve body to check whether the valve seat is leaking. In operation, when the valve is fully open or fully closed, the pressure in the middle chamber can be removed and the packing can be directly replaced; the retention in the middle chamber can be discharged to reduce the pollution of medium on the valve.

(6) See Fig. 4: This valve is designed with an auxiliary seat emergency sealing system. Once the seal is damaged or cannot be sealed due to emergency, the sealing surface can be repaired by injecting corresponding sealant into the sealing surface through the auxiliary sealing system to achieve emergency sealing. When the conveying medium is dirty or contains a small amount of particles, in order to protect the sealing surface and ensure reliable sealing, the device can also be injected with corresponding cleaning agent or lubricant to clean the sealing surface.
(7) It is widely used to cut off or circulate the medium of transportation pipeline such as food, medicine, petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas, steel, environmental protection, papermaking, etc. The device can also be injected with corresponding cleaning agent or lubricant to clean the sealing surface.
