Q41HThe ball and valve seat of the metal hard seal ball valve series adopt metal to metal seal, and the valve seat adopts the sealing structure of plate spring loading, which breaks through the limitation of low service temperature of soft sealing ball valve and the non application of granular medium. The hard seal ball valve is used in high temperature and high pressure water, steam, oil, viscous and granular media device and pipeline.

1. The valve seat adopts plate spring loaded sealing structure, which can use high temperature and granular medium;
2. The bottom of the valve rod is provided with the packing structure, which can ensure the reliability of the valve rod;
3. The ball can be designed as an anti-static structure. Conductive springs are set between the ball and the valve stem, between the valve stem and the valve body, so as to avoid the ignition of flammable substances by static electricity and ensure the safety of the system;
4. After the ball and sealing surface are treated by nitriding, surfacing and spraying, different process requirements can be applied;
5. The auxiliary sealing structure can be set at the valve seat of the ball valve, and the grease injection valve can be installed at the valve seat and the valve rod, which can be temporarily sealed in case of emergency, and the valve rod can be lengthened according to the need to be suitable for the place of buried laying;
6. Pneumatic actuator and electric actuator can be installed to realize centralized control and remote control.
7. Advanced valve seat: the valve seat is designed based on many years of ball valve manufacturing experience to ensure valve sealing, low friction coefficient, small operating torque, various seat materials and wide application range.
8. Handle with correct switch: the flat head valve rod is adopted, and the connection between the handle and the handle will not be misplaced, so as to ensure that the switch state indicated by the handle is consistent with that of valve 1.
9. Locking device: in order to prevent misoperation of valve switch, there are locking holes in the fully open and fully closed positions of the valve to ensure that the valve is in the correct position.
10. Anti flying structure of valve rod: the valve rod is bottom mounted to prevent flying out under pressure. At the same time, it can form metal contact with the valve body after fire to ensure the valve rod seal.
