2. The valve rod is forged and modulated by a182f (1Cr13), and the hardness reaches hb220-250. The valve rod is connected with the handle through flat key or spline or square wedge, which has strong universality and is easy to disassemble and assemble. The valve rod is equipped with anti blowing structure.
3. The packing of the valve is braided, flexible graphite sealing ring or tetrafluorone sealing ring, which makes the valve stem reliable sealing under certain lubrication conditions.
4. According to the requirements, the ball valve can be designed as an anti-static structure, and conductive springs are set between the ball and the valve stem, and between the valve stem and the valve body, so as to avoid the ignition of flammable substances by static electricity and ensure the safety of the system.
5. The seal pairs have various forms. According to different working conditions, soft seal, hard seal, fireproof valve seat and other structures can be selected; floating ball type is below DN 150, and fixed ball form is below DN200.
