Maintenance and installation

1. There shall be no reduction, elbow, bellows, etc. on the pipe within 1DN length before and after the valve.
2. If butterfly valve, hydraulic automatic valve, butterfly check valve or butterfly slow closing check valve are installed in the front and back of the valve, the distance between the two adjacent valves shall be no less than 1DN
3. When valve plate is assembled, installed, transported, maintained or disassembled, the sealing surface shall not be touched, and strict protection measures shall be taken
4. The valve plate shall be closed during assembly, transportation, installation and storage
5. If it is necessary to disassemble, pay attention not to damage the shaft sleeve to prevent the loss of cone and sleeve
6. After assembly, installation and maintenance, the metal chips, dirt and impurities in the valve shall be removed, and the sealing surface of surfacing welding shall be wiped clean
7. No matter horizontal or vertical installation, when the flow direction cannot be determined, when the valve is opened, the valve plate has a large face and the end faces the inlet direction;
