The electric eccentric hemispherical valve is a kind of angular stroke regulating valve which controls the fluid by rotating part of the ball valve plate around the eccentric axis. The rotary center of the valve core is not concentric with the rotating shaft, which can reduce wear and prolong service life. A guide wing is set at the rear of the valve core, which is conducive to the stable flow of fluid and has good stability. Secondly, it has the characteristics of large flow and wide adjustable range. Electric eccentric hemisphere valve (CAM flexure control valve) is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, iron and steel, paper, medicine, food, textile, light industry and other industries.
The actuator (or wrench) drives the valve stem to force the ball of the closing part to rotate around the center a, and the ball moves from point B to point C. relative to the center point O of the valve, the trajectory from B to C is a cam like eccentricity. When the valve is turned right into the valve seat, the valve is closed and keeps good sealing. According to the cam principle, the force acting on the valve seat increases gradually from the opening to the closing of the valve The surface of the closing part is separated from the valve seat completely, and the sealing specific pressure is gradually increased until it is completely sealed, otherwise, it is open.
1. Water loss is zero. After the valve is opened, the flow channel is completely unblocked and the head loss is zero. It can save a lot of energy.
2. Reliable sealing mode. The soft sealing structure has self sealing performance, and the hard sealing structure has elastic compensation performance.
3. Wear resistance and long service life. After the ball valve is opened, the ball crown is biased in the valve body and is not directly washed by the medium.
4. Automatic cleaning function. The edge of the ball crown of the hard seal eccentric hemisphere valve adopts the blade shape, which can not only scrape off the dirt on the valve seat, but also cut off the debris.
5. Fast opening and closing. The eccentric crankshaft can be opened and closed by 90 degrees, and the opening and closing time is short
6. Suitable for high flow rate. Through flow channel, solid eccentric crankshaft make it suitable for high flow rate without vibration.
