Qv947-16C VBecause the ball core has V-shaped structure, it has shear effect on the valve seat. Therefore, it is suitable for the control of relevant process parameters in the suspension medium containing fibers or small solid particles in papermaking, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industrial enterprises, especially for the automatic regulation of the suspension particles such as pulp, white water, black liquor, white liquor and other suspended particles in the process of pulp and paper production, and the automatic adjustment of thick and turbid slurry like fluid media.

1. With integral valve body structure, there is no possibility of potential leakage;
2. It has elastic load pressure auxiliary seal seat to ensure the close contact between the valve seat and the ball core from the beginning to the end;
3. It has the characteristics of equal percentage, wide control range and stable control process, which can be widely used in various process flows;
4. The valve rod and ball core are connected by involute spline. When the tooth profile is loaded, there is a radial force on the tooth, which can automatically center, and the force on each tooth is uniform, which makes it have high strength and long service life;
