YQ98001The filter piston type adjustable pressure reducing valve is an intelligent valve which uses the energy of the medium itself to regulate and control the pipeline pressure. When the valve feeds water from the inlet, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control room, and the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the pipe. When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of pilot valve spring, the pilot valve is closed. When the control room stops drainage, the pressure in the main valve control room rises and the main valve is closed, and the outlet pressure is no longer increased. When the valve outlet pressure drops to the set pressure of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve opens and the control room discharges water downstream. Because the displacement of pilot valve system is greater than the water inflow of needle valve, the pressure of main valve control room decreases. The inlet pressure opens the main valve. In the stable state, the inlet and outlet water of the control room are the same, the opening of the main valve is unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable. The outlet pressure does not change due to the change of inlet pressure or main valve outlet flow. The outlet pressure can be maintained at the set value safely and reliably. The valve has the advantages of accurate decompression, stable performance, safety and reliability, convenient installation and adjustment, and long service life. It can be used in domestic water supply, fire fighting system and industrial water supply system.
