Y-type quick closing check valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve seat, stem, spring, disc, guide sleeve and other parts. When starting the pump, the valve disc rises under the water bottom thrust and opens the valve. At the same time, the spring is quickly closed by the spring force. When the water flow is close to 0, the valve disc is completely closed. There is no water backflow phenomenon. At the same time, the water hammer is prevented because the water cannot flow back and does not generate kinetic energy.

The main valve body of Y-type quick closing check valve adopts Y-type diaphragm structure, and the sealing pair is non-metallic seal; the valve is generally required to be installed horizontally, and the connection form with the pipeline is flange connection, and the flange connection size is in accordance with the national standard GB / t17241.6.

 

2. Y-type quick closing check valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, central shaft, copper sleeve, valve seat, valve disc and other main parts, which is realized by controlling the up and down movement of valve disc.  
3. The Y-type quick closing check valve has the hydraulic automatic control characteristic, can interlock with the water pump, when the water pump stops, it can play the role of quick check and prevent water hammer.  
4. The sealing effect of Y-type quick closing check valve is good, ensuring that the valve leakage is zero.  
5. The Y-type quick closing check valve body adopts Y-shaped streamline structure, and the structure is reasonable.  
6. Y type quick closing check valve can realize on-line maintenance.  
7. The castings shall be cast by advanced casting process, and shall be well painted. The paint shall be baked and the paint color shall be determined by the buyer.
