The valve is mainly composed of valve body, nozzle, sleeve gate, swing arm, slide block, valve seat, outlet pipe, rectifier, driving mechanism (manual / electric), etc. the number of outlet orifice is controlled by the axial movement of sleeve gate on the nozzle, so as to control the over flow of valve. A rectifier is set at the outlet of the valve. The valve adopts the principle of small hole collision energy dissipation, and the energy dissipation in the valve will not produce cavitation and harmful vibration.

The valve is generally suitable for the working conditions with cavitation index no less than 0.1 and pressure difference no more than 120m. It is often used as water inlet regulating valve of pool and multi orifice sleeve valve of pressure reducing valve in middle section of pipeline.

Collision energy dissipation design, anti vibration
The holes in the circumference direction of the sleeve are evenly distributed, which makes the water column collision energy dissipation. The advanced hydraulic design makes the water column collision occur in the center of the nozzle, and the energy is completely eliminated after the water column collision.
Conical hole spray, strong cavitation resistance
The special conical hole spray design can accelerate the water flow through the cone, and make the cavitation occur in the center of the valve, effectively prevent the damage of the valve parts caused by cavitation under high pressure difference.
It can be repaired and maintained online
The driving parts of the valve are all outside the sleeve gate, and there is an overhaul manhole on both sides of the valve body. The valve can be replaced online or garbage can be cleaned without disassembly.
