1. The signal butterfly valve can be installed on the pipeline at any position in space.
2. The installation position of butterfly valve shall ensure the convenience of use, maintenance and replacement.
3. The butterfly valve can be installed without considering the flow direction of pipeline medium, that is to allow two-way flow.
4. Before installation, the butterfly valve should be stored in a dry place in the room, and the valve plate should be slightly opened 4 ° to 5 °.
5. Before installation, the following work shall be carried out:
a. Carefully check whether the service condition is consistent with the performance specification of this butterfly valve.
b. Clean the inner cavity and sealing surface. Do not open or close the butterfly plate before cleaning.
c. Check whether the transmission device is connected with the flange on the butterfly valve.
6. When the butterfly valve is clamped in the pipeline, pay attention to whether the connection force is uniform.
7. After the butterfly valve is installed, the valve plate must be in the open position during the pipeline strength test.
8. After installation, the butterfly valve shall be inspected regularly, and the main inspection items are as follows:
a. Check whether the butterfly valve seat and O-ring are damaged.
b. Sealing performance of valve plate sealing surface.
c. After the butterfly valve is overhauled and assembled, there shall be no jamming during the opening and closing rotation.
d. After repair and assembly of butterfly valve, sealing performance test shall be conducted as required.
f. After each overhaul, detailed records shall be made for reference.
