Wave proof ball valve is a new product developed by our company. It solves the problem that the floating ball of the former ball valve is easy to be damaged under the impact of the imported water flow, resulting in failure and serious consequences. The new structure product effectively eliminates the violent agitation of the water flow on the ball valve, and reasonably controls the movement of the ball valve, so as to greatly improve the reliability and safety of the product.
It is used as liquid level control valve in water tank, small pool, water tower and other automatic water supply systems in industry, mining, enterprise and construction, or for level control valve for circulating water supply of atmospheric boiler.

The structure and working principle of the floating ball valve is similar to that of the remote control float valve and the floating ball constant water level valve. It is composed of the main valve and the control valve, and the main valve is composed of the valve body and the control parts, The control part is of piston structure. When the actual water level is lower than the set height, the floating ball will fall with the water surface, open the control valve, and the pressure medium of the control valve will flow into the water tower and other containers, and the main valve plate will open to supply water to the water tower and other containers through the main valve. When the actual liquid level is higher than the preset height, the floating ball will close the control valve, and the medium pressure in the control room of the main valve will close the valve plate of the main valve and stop water supply to the water tower and other containers.

a. The floating ball constant water level valve is directly installed at the water inlet of the vessel, with accurate liquid level control and simple structure;
b. In addition to the ball valve, other types of ball valve are composed of main valve and ball pilot valve. The main valve and pilot valve can be installed remotely and have remote control function;
c. The control valve is installed in the water tower of the pool, and the height is set according to the liquid level to open and close automatically. So as to achieve the function of remote control of liquid level height of water tank and water tower;
d. The control accuracy is high, the water level is not disturbed by the water pressure and is closed tightly.

f. The combination of soft and hard sealing technology is adopted for sealing, and the sealing effect is good;
