Through a double chamber control room, the hydraulic control valve of multi-function water pump controls the main valve plate to open slowly or in the regulating state by using the hydraulic principle. The piston valve can also be equipped with adjusting screw device on the valve cover, which can control the maximum opening degree and flow rate of the valve, and can close the valve manually when necessary.

Full open state: When the water pump is started, the pressure at the valve inlet rises. On the one hand, the pressure water pushes the main valve plate to open, on the other hand, it enters the diaphragm (piston) lower chamber through the conduit system, and the water in the upper chamber of the diaphragm (piston) is discharged into the valve outlet with low pressure through the conduit system, and the valve opens slowly under the action of two resultant forces.

Fully closed state:
When the water pump stops. When the valve is close to zero, the main valve plate closes quickly under the action of spring force and its own gravity, while the pressure water behind the valve returns to the upper chamber of diaphragm (piston) through the conduit system, and pushes the small valve plate on the fixed valve stem to close slowly

 

The hydraulic control valve of multi-function pump is generally divided into diaphragm type or piston type, and their working principle is the same. The valve driving device adopts a dual chamber control structure, that is, a control room is separated from the lower chamber of diaphragm (or piston) and downstream: this series of valves are combined to form valves with different use places, purposes and functions by connecting the inner double chamber of the main valve with the external guide valve, pipe, regulating valve and pressure gauge.
