The valve is compact in structure, small in size and light in weight. It is especially suitable for large diameter pipe network system. It can be widely used in power, environmental protection, metallurgy, petrochemical, water department, municipal, food and other industries, water supply and drainage system, sewage pump station, chemical fluid and other transportation systems.
Pipe force valve is the latest pump outlet control valve developed by our company for five years. It is the third generation of new butterfly multi-function pump control valve after the old manual control valve, hydraulic control butterfly valve and hydraulic control valve. The valve adopts advanced fluid design, with low energy consumption, stable operation and good sealing effect. It has the functions of electric gate valve, electric butterfly valve and check valve. Its quick closing speed and adjustable pressure relief time can effectively eliminate the harm of water hammer and protect the safety of water pump and pipe network system. The valve is suitable for the outlet pipe of centrifugal pump, mixed flow pump and axial flow pump in automatic water supply and drainage pump station. Two control devices, diaphragm type and piston type, are designed, which can be respectively applied to clean water, raw water medium, sewage and slurry water medium. In terms of product types, five specifications are developed, including common type, low-pressure backwater type and sewage type, to meet the requirements of different working conditions.

1. Valve opening: the initial state is shown in (1). When the water pump is started, the water pressure enters the lower chamber of the control chamber through the bypass pipe with micro hole check valve at the inlet. The large valve plate is slowly opened together with the small valve plate under the hydraulic action of the inlet end, as shown in Fig. (2). The valve opening speed can be set according to the requirements of working conditions by adjusting the opening of the ball valve to achieve the best effect.
2. Valve closing: at the moment of pump stop, the flow and pressure at the valve inlet suddenly decrease, the large valve plate closes rapidly under the action of gravity (before the valve plate contacts the valve seat, a buffer mechanism is set to protect the sealing surface), and most of the water flow is cut off. The small valve plate automatically opens under the action of the control chamber to discharge the backflow pressure water and reduce the peak value of water hammer, as shown in Fig. (3); At the same time, a part of the return water flows into the upper chamber of the control chamber through the bypass pipe, pushes the control rod downward, and closes the small valve plate until the medium is completely cut off, as shown in Fig. (4). The valve closing time can be adjusted by the regulating valve on the bypass pipe to make the water hammer peak within the control range.

1. The conventional supply of ordinary company is diaphragm type. The common type is suitable for pipe network system with backwater pressure greater than o.impa;
2. Bfdg7h42 regulating type (a manual, B electric) on the basis of the common type, by installing the regulating device on the control chamber, the valve opening can be adjusted manually or electrically according to the system requirements, so as to achieve the coarse regulation and control of the medium flow in the pipe network. The conventional supply of electric equipment is ordinary type, with special requirements, which can be configured according to user requirements.
3. Bfdg 7m43 sewage type is suitable for conveying sewage and slurry water. The membrane structure has low sensitivity to the slag content of granular sewage. At the same time, the special filter in the external control module can effectively filter the sewage The impurity particles in the water ensure that the medium entering the control chamber is clean liquid. At the same time, the filtering device has the function of self washing. The lower part of the filter device is equipped with a slag discharge device, which can discharge slag manually and regularly. The system is also equipped with a cleaning device.

4. Bfdg 7m / h 44 backwater low pressure type is recommended when the return water pressure of pipe network system is lower than o.lmpa. The valve is equipped with auxiliary valve closing mechanism.
5. The working principle of bfdg 7m / h 45 signal output type pipe force valve is the same as that of ordinary type. On the basis of the valve, a travel switch is added, which can directly express three kinds of signals: full open, full close and fault. The opening and closing conditions of the valve can be observed locally or remotely. The device has simple structure and convenient operation and maintenance.
6. Bfdg 7m / h 46 axial flow pump is designed for the working characteristics of axial flow pump. By adding control components, the valve can start the pump under light load by opening the valve first and then starting the pump. When the pump is stopped, the valve will automatically close quickly and then slowly to eliminate the valve closing water hammer.
7. Bfdg 7m / h 47 antifreeze type is suitable for cold regions in North China. The control part of antifreeze type pipe force valve adopts thermal insulation structure. Through heat exchange, auxiliary heating and other forms, it can be applied to severe working conditions of - 20 ℃.

1. The pipe force valve can be installed horizontally and vertically (the medium flow direction is upward). The top rod side of the control cylinder is the outlet direction. Reverse installation is strictly prohibited. The valve shaft must be in the horizontal position.
2. In order to facilitate installation and maintenance, horizontal installation should be given priority when space permits.
3. When the valve diameter is greater than or equal to 900mm, support or foundation can be set to improve the stress condition of pipeline.
