The valve disc is made of nitrile rubber and steel plate by high temperature pressing. Check valve installation should pay attention to the following matters
1. In the pipeline, do not make the check valve bear the weight, large check valve should be independently supported, so that it is not affected by the pressure produced by the pipeline system.
2. During installation, the direction of medium flow should be consistent with the arrow direction of valve body.
3. Lift type vertical disc check valve shall be installed in vertical pipeline.
4. Lift type horizontal disc check valve shall be installed on horizontal pipeline.
