The medium of the electric quick opening sludge valve is liquid, and the gas pipeline is used to intercept the flow. All kinds of purification equipment and the outside of the tank or on the pipeline are used for sludge discharge. They are suitable for all kinds of sedimentation tanks and sludge tanks in water treatment plants to discharge sediment, dirt and waste water in the pools. The valve adopts double chamber diaphragm structure, which has no abrasion and water leakage due to impurities. It is insensitive to sediment deposition, and has good lubrication and sealing performance. It adopts rubber lined valve plate, which is not easy to deposit mud and debris at the valve seat slope opening, and has low driving medium pressure. Manual or electric centralized control is adopted. Durable, long service life.

 

1.  The electric quick opening sludge discharge valve is composed of angle valve body, bracket and electric head. It is opened or closed by electric head with movable gate. It can also be opened or closed manually in case of power failure. One valve can be opened or closed in two ways. The valve plate is soft sealed, with good sealing performance and no leakage after closing.
