Diaphragm type quick opening sludge valve and jm744x diaphragm type quick opening sludge valve are mainly characterized by adopting double chamber diaphragm transmission mechanism instead of piston type, with no motion wear and long service life. Its main use is that it is installed outside the bottom wall of various sedimentation tanks to remove sediment and dirt at the bottom of the tank.

1. The valve plate with full rubber lining has good sealing effect and no leakage. Durable, long service life.
   2. A throttling device is installed on the diaphragm pressing plate of double chamber diaphragm, which is used for opening, closing and opening.  
   3. Using double chamber diaphragm transmission mechanism, the valve can open smoothly and quickly, which has the following advantages compared with piston valve: A. no movement wear; B. not sensitive to sediment deposition; C. no lubrication, no mechanical wear, no regular replacement of rubber products, long service life
   4. The driving medium pressure water can directly use tap water or fresh water from the upper part of the pool (pressure ≥ 0.05Mpa), which is easy to operate.  
   5. High degree of automation, remote automatic control and centralized control can be realized.
