    Pull rod telescopic cross filter pipe (hereinafter referred to as cross filter pipe) is suitable for hydraulic automatic valve (such as pressure reduction, pressure relief, pressure holding, etc.) and the inlet end of multi orifice valve or other main equipment. It has the functions of sedimentation and coarse filtration to prevent foreign matters from blocking the valve body, protecting the normal use of valves or equipment, and has the function of telescopic rod.

working principle

1.1 the product meets the enterprise standard of Q / idik17-2008 telescopic cross filter tube;
1.2 the nominal pressure of cross filter tube is PN10 (PN16, PN25);
1.3 the sealing test pressure is 1.1MPa (1.76Mpa, 2.75mpa);
1.4 the strength test pressure is 1.5MPa (2.4Mpa, 3.75mpa);
1.5 the pressure test shall comply with JB / t9092-1999;
1.6 the connecting flange shall meet the requirements of GB / t17241.6-98.

performance requirement

2.1 the cross filter pipe has the function of expansion and contraction, which can compensate the axial displacement of the pipeline within a certain range and transfer the axial pushing force;
2.2 the hand hole or manhole cover is set on the upper part of the cross filter tube to facilitate the cleaning of garbage;
2.3 hand hole or manhole cover and sewage ball valve are set at the lower part of cross filter pipe to facilitate sewage flushing;

test

2. The sealing test shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB 13927-92.

Painting specification

 

This specification specifies the surface treatment method before painting of forged, cast and other materials valves. The valve has high requirements for coating, so it is difficult to paint. Therefore, good surface treatment and suitable paint varieties are particularly important. This specification also has a good reference for the painting of other mechanical products.
For gate valve, globe valve, check valve, filter and plug valve of forged valve body: A. if the valve body is made of austenitic stainless steel or duplex stainless steel, the outer surface of the valve shall be subject to acid pickling and passivation; B. if the valve body is made of carbon steel, low alloy steel and alloy steel, the surface of valve body shall be phosphatized; C The valve body material is copper and copper alloy, aluminum and aluminum alloy and other non-ferrous metals and alloys, and the original surface is taken as the final finished state;
2. For the ball valve with forged valve body: A. if the valve body material is austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, various non-ferrous metals and their alloys (copper base, nickel base and other alloys), the machined surface shall be regarded as the final finished state; B. if the valve body material is carbon steel, low alloy steel and alloy steel, the finished surface shall be painted;
3. For cast valve body: A. if the valve body material is austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, various non-ferrous metals and their alloys (copper base, nickel base and other alloys), the outer surface of the valve shall be pickled and passivated; B. if the valve body is made of gray iron and ductile iron, the external surface of the valve shall be sprayed with epoxy powder by electrostatic spraying, with color code ral5015 (sky blue); C Other methods of external surface painting are used.
4. Other surface coating methods, such as ENP, zinc plating, Dacromet, etc., are as special requirements and are not included in this specification.

packaging and storage

The inner and outer surface of valve body shall be sandblasted to remove impurities such as rust, moisture and oil.
2. The iron castings inside and outside the cross filter pipe shall be coated with non-toxic epoxy resin powder to prevent rust and fluid corrosion, and the color shall be Turkish blue (color No. 1-46).
3. The coating should be smooth and uniform without defects. The coating will not dissolve in water after drying, which will not affect the water quality and will not decompose due to the change of air temperature.
4. The coating thickness should be more than 0.2mm. The powder coating must be tested to meet the drinking water hygiene requirements.
5. The packing, storage and transportation of valves shall comply with JB / t7928.
